Unfortunately, we don't accept returns because our jewelry is handmade and personalized. In the case of earrings, we also don't accept returns for hygiene reasons. Each order is unique and made to order, including discounted items and gift cards.

However, we can accept returns in the following cases:

Damage and problems.
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the issue.

The item has not arrived.
In this case, we will contact the shipping company to determine the current location of your package. If it has been lost, we will send you a new item as soon as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and checked your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If the refund has been approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and refund the payment.
